Work on the MMO is still ongoing.
Recently, App2Top published an article about possible problems in the studio of the creators of PIONER. For some reason, GFAGAMES did not comment to the authors of the article, but responded to a request from goha.ru.
The developers acknowledged some problems with payments — they explained them by bureaucracy and assured that they are now working to fix them:
We have difficulties with payments to the Russian company and, as a result, delays. The problems are temporary and forced due to the sharply complicated bureaucracy when working with our Russian company, if we want to work in the legal field. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this external factor. At the moment, the problem is being solved with maximum priority at the level of investors.
The authors of PIONER also noted that they hear criticism and "the last numbered patch was exactly a community patch, where we solved problems and implemented the wishes of our players."
They confirmed the words of the App2Top source about disagreements in the PIONER team:
As for disagreements in the vision of the future of the project between employees and their managers, this is, of course, possible within the framework of the creative process of discussing ideas, because we do not shut employees' mouths. If we talk about some kind of confrontation, perhaps some of the former employees really have such conflicts and grievances. It's a pity if this is so.
