Denuvo Hacked in Resident Evil Requiem: Voices38 Kept His Promise

Hacker Voices38 reported the hacking of Denuvo protection in Resident Evil Requiem. He had previously promised a "surprise" - and he delivered. A version of the game without the hypervisor approach has already hit the network.

Reddit user voice38 noted that Requiem uses the latest Denuvo software, and compared to the 2025 version, when Doom: The Dark Ages was hacked, there were only two "new" features.

The hacker claimed that he would be able to hack newer releases as well. Resident Evil Requiem became the most challenging project in his practice.

The new game received high scores: 92 points on Metacritic for PC and 89 points on OpenCritic. On Steam, there are almost 100,000 reviews, with 96% being positive. Players praise the gameplay and atmosphere, but not everyone agrees with the plot.

The events unfold in Raccoon City. The game focuses on FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and agent Leon S. Kennedy. The story is divided into two lines with different styles of gameplay. At its core is classic survival horror with exploration, combat, puzzles, and resource management. First-person and third-person views are available.
