Mechanics VoiceOver (R.G. MVO) has been conducting a "background collection" for the production of the Russian voiceover of NieR:Automata for some time.
Recently, the localizers noted that it has already reached 50%, and also presented a trailer:
[...] we are ready to fully announce the Russian voiceover, and also inform you that the work is really underway and a huge layer of characters has already been recorded. We have also prepared a small demo video with a compilation of scenes from the beginning of the game so that you can appreciate how atmospheric the game sounds in the great and mighty language
Mechanics VoiceOver has not yet specified the release date for the Russian voiceover of NieR:Automata.
