Starting today, Football Manager 26 and Football Manager 26 Console are available in the service. Previously, they appeared in more expensive subscription plans, and now they have become available to a wider audience.
The developers have seriously updated the series. FM26 is built on the Unity engine, which has become a new stage for the franchise. The game received a redesigned interface, more "lively" matches and an emphasis on career history - the manager's decisions now have a greater impact on the development of the club. On consoles, the controls and navigation have been improved, new transfer tools have been added and tactical capabilities have been expanded.
At the same time, the reaction of the players turned out to be mixed: some of the audience are satisfied with the updates, others believe that not all changes have benefited.
After the release, the developers continued to update the game, so the appearance of FM26 in Game Pass is a chance for new players to evaluate the changes in practice.
