The launch on the new platform didn't go smoothly.
In April, Starfield arrived on PlayStation 5. Not everyone appreciated Bethesda's new game.
Questions arose not only about the company's creative decisions, but there are also complaints about the technical state of the game. It appeared on Sony consoles almost three years after the original release, but at launch, users encountered crashes and poor performance.
Bethesda has responded — they are currently dealing with the crashes:
We are aware of reports of crashes on PS5 and have narrowed down the possible causes to a few. We are currently working on a hotfix that we plan to release this week. Thanks for reporting — we'll keep you updated!
