According to Baker, over the years of his career, Kojima has already created many iconic projects, from the Metal Gear Solid series to the experimental PT and the two Death Stranding installments.
I have learned to trust Hideo, and he is not going to run out of ideas anytime soon. I think he has done a great deal to create this world and these characters, on the basis of which we can build further development. But I also understand him as a creator who says: "I don't want to spend the next 20-30 years of my life on one world." We have already seen that he has so many other ideas and projects that are already in development.
Ultimately, what I most want is to see what they come up with next, and in one way or another be part of it.
At the moment, Kojima has several projects in development, including the experimental horror game OD and the stealth action title Physint, which balances between cinema and games. According to Baker, the developer's ideas are clearly not running out — he continues to actively create new concepts and projects.
