Kalypso Media has shown gameplay from the new installment of the dictator simulator franchise, Tropico 7. Once again, El Presidente will have to lead his nation to prosperity.
The developers promise to present archipelagos with the largest islands in Tropico history, 10 scenarios, more than 20 maps for the "sandbox" mode, and a random map generator.
To fight rebels and external threats, a revamped military system will be available, allowing direct control of the army.
Tropico 7 is scheduled for release in 2026 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. The game will launch directly into Game Pass.
