Those awaiting the release of the "Armageddon" starter set for the tabletop game Warhammer 40,000 now have a chance to take a closer look at the new Chaplain miniature with a jump pack, ready to destroy enemies with the Crozius Arcanum - a power mace topped with a winged skull.
Employees of Games Workshop continue introducing people to the new miniatures from the "Armageddon" starter set for the tabletop game Warhammer 40,000.
This time, the team showed the Chaplain with jump pack, who appeared in the recent cinematic trailer. He has black power armor with a skull-shaped mask, a rosarius that protects his flesh just as faith safeguards the soul, and a Crozius Arcanum, which serves as both a symbol of authority and an incredibly powerful weapon.
He is perfectly suited for a squad of new Vanguard Veterans, adding a pinch of fury (and +1 to wound rolls) to their already impressive lethality. This Chaplain is covered in purity seals bearing the texts of several litanies, and he also carries a massive folio.
This Space Marine looks excellent in the colors of the Blood Angels, but the miniature has no chapter-specific iconography, so it can be painted in the colors of any Codex-compliant Chapter.
