In the vast world of Crimson Desert, there is room for all kinds of wildlife. During their journey, players may encounter all sorts of insects as well, which became a problem for some people.

Arachnophobes (people who are afraid of spiders), as well as many other players who cannot tolerate snakes, centipedes, cockroaches, frogs, and spiderwebs, experienced anxiety while playing Crimson Desert. Thanks to an enthusiast, a solution has appeared that will allow such people to continue playing comfortably.

A modder going by the nickname AdenAvalon presented a project intended to replace the textures of creatures that caused anxiety:

Replaces creature textures with fully transparent ones, making them invisible in the game. Creature game logic, AI, hitboxes, audio, and encounter triggers remain completely untouched — only the visual effects are affected. Tested only through JSON Mod Manager.

The Invisible Creatures modification for Crimson Desert is distributed free of charge via the Nexus Mods website.

It includes several "packs" — you can replace spiders, spiderwebs, centipedes, snakes, frogs, and cockroaches separately.

The modder warned that if you replace spiderwebs, in some areas you may encounter "geometry issues".
