Ubisoft went through a challenging advertising campaign: the project leaked online last year, followed by numerous rumors, screenshots, and details. However, the official presentation only intensified interest in the game.
Black Flag Resynced is scheduled for release in July, but the project is already showing excellent results. Players are actively pre-ordering, and the publisher is recording high demand.
According to chart data, the game became the most pre-ordered title in the PS Store in 28 countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and Poland. Particularly strong interest has been shown in the return of Edward Kenway.
Most players are pre-ordering the Deluxe edition. If this trend continues, the project could become one of Ubisoft's biggest successes in recent times and, possibly, pave the way for new remasters in the Assassin’s Creed series.
