LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Development Completed - Game Goes Gold
The release of the LEGO adaptation of Batman's adventures is scheduled for a few weeks from now.
TT Games studio announced a significant milestone in the development of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight – the game has gone gold. To celebrate, the developers released art featuring the main character and addressed the community:
Doesn't this look amazing?!! LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has gone "gold" and is coming out in 3 weeks! A small clarification: when a game in development "goes gold," it means that the basic version of the game is complete. Previously, finished games were recorded on so-called gold master discs. This is an important development stage, and we are very happy to share this news with you!
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is scheduled for release on May 22, 2026. The game will be available on PC via Steam and consoles PS5, Xbox Series X|S (with a Switch 2 version expected later):
Embark on a journey that begins with the genesis of Batman, as a young Bruce Wayne trains with the League of Shadows, becomes the hero of Gotham City, and builds a family of allies including Jim Gordon, Catwoman, Robin, Nightwing, and Batgirl. Battle villains from Batman's rogues' gallery, including: Joker, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Bane, and many more.
