Journalists have already gained access to the game on the new hybrid console and shared their first impressions.
According to them, the port is well-made. The game runs at approximately 30 FPS and remains stable even in complex scenes. In portable mode, the project looks unexpectedly good: character models are legible, and animations are smooth, while maintaining the adventure atmosphere.
There were compromises, however. They note lower resolution, simplified environmental details, and less complex lighting compared to PS5 and powerful PCs. Dynamic resolution scaling is also used to maintain performance.
Despite this, the game remains fully playable and does not lose its character. The project feels good in portable mode, and Switch 2 provides the opportunity to complete a major story adventure on the go.
