A father lost his daughter and found solace in Pragmata - his story touched players and reached Capcom

Recently, a user under the nickname TheRealDuke777 shared his impressions of Pragmata. This game helped the 55-year-old gamer find solace.

In 2009, his eight-year-old daughter Mackenzie passed away. Several years later, he had another daughter, Ella, who is now 9. She brought him back into the world of video games, which he last played 30 years ago: she introduced him to Fortnite, Hogwarts Legacy, Red Dead Redemption, and more. These projects helped him escape reality.

One day, he learned about Pragmata and started following the project – Diana reminds the gamer of his daughters:

When I watched some videos about Pragmata, Ella said: “Dad, she reminds me of Mackenzie in the photos. I wonder if Diana looks like her?” We bought the full edition and started playing. Diana looks very much like both of my daughters. Maybe I even shed a tear or two… I absolutely love this game and the time Ella spends with me. Pragmata is therapy for my soul.
