Electronic Arts continues to talk about EA Sports UFC 6 — a new installment in the mixed martial arts simulator franchise. The game's creators have released a full trailer for the project, showcasing a selection of gameplay footage.
According to the developers, this installment will offer players "the most realistic and authentic fighting experience to date." EA Sports UFC 6 uses a Markerless Capture system (motion capture is performed without special suits and sensors) and a new generation of Sapien Technology — fighters will move, strike, and react like their real-life prototypes.
Signature Strikes and authentic animations will emphasize the differences between fighters. This will be complemented by the Real-Time Contact system with completely new ragdoll physics.
The developers also announced that "brand new" Hall of Legends and The Legacy modes will appear in EA Sports UFC 6:
They will allow players to relive the stories of UFC legends or forge their own path — from backstage fights to the bright lights of the big stage. These modes offer deep narratives, making every fight personal and conveying the emotions, pressure, and determination needed to leave a mark in the sport.
EA Sports UFC 6 is scheduled for release on June 19, 2026. Currently, versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles are known, but there are also rumors circulating online about work on a PC version of the game.
