Arc Raiders developers continue to fix the game after the release of the large April update Riven Tides. Recently, the first May patch 1.27.0 was released for the game, which includes a number of fixes.
For example, Embark Studios announced that they have fixed a bug that annoyed many players with the animation and sound of "quick items" being used. Previously, after throwing a grenade, using a shield charge, or a bandage, the character might repeatedly play the animation and sound of use, but nothing was actually applied.
Some other changes and improvements:
- Increased the distance from which the "Turbine" can be heard and improved landing quality – now the robot should not be located on treetops
- Adjusted the visibility of mines set by the "Turbine", and now players should normally see this robot's attacks from afar
- Various bugs on the "Turbulent Streams" map have been fixed, including a place where players could fall through the floor.
- On "Stella Montis", collisions on the wall have been fixed so that players and robots cannot shoot through the wall
- Fixed a bug that allowed instant activation when throwing "Trigger 'Nades"
