The developers of the economic simulator The Guild Europa 1410 have released an overview trailer. It is dedicated to the medieval cities that will be featured in the game.

With the new installment of the franchise, Ashborne Games studio returns to the series' roots — Europa 1400: The Guild:

You start the game as the head of a modest merchant dynasty. As your wealth grows, you will need to spread your family's influence to pass on a prosperous business to your heirs. However, wealth is not yet power. For the city council to listen to your words and for the law to always be on your side, you will have to immerse yourself in the world of politics and intrigue. Use the love of the crowd, bribes, and even blackmail to rise from simple burghers and achieve one of the highest ranks in the kingdom.

Players in The Guild Europa 1410 will have to engage in trade, choose a profession (for example, a blacksmith or an alchemist), and develop their craft. According to the developers, each of the professions presented in the game will offer "a realistic look at life in a medieval city."

There will also be an opportunity to acquire wealth in another way — by committing thefts and robberies, for example, attacking wagons with goods. It is also possible to uphold the law.
