Twilit Realm recently announced the release of Project Dusk. This is an unofficial PC port of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

The developer addressed the community and thanked the project participants:

It is with immense excitement that I share this with the world. This would not have been possible without the many people in the community who came together and poured their talent into this. A huge thank you to each and every one of them!! When we started the decompilation project in August 2020, it was hard to imagine that we would ever finish it - let alone that it would be used for such a project. Countless hours of work have been put in by many contributors from all over the world. This has been a huge labor of love from people who adore this game and reverse engineering. Happy (early) 20th Anniversary Twilight Princess!! Enjoy Dusk and look forward to future updates!!

Dusk supports Steam Deck, iOS and Android devices, and custom models can be used. Various “quality of life improvement” options are available – you can increase pocket capacity, speed up movement, activate autosave, speed up climbing ladders, and more.

Cheats, graphics enhancements, unlocked frame rates, and “gyro aiming” are also available.

The release trailer for Project Dusk is available at the following link. The project is publicly available online – a game ROM is required for it to work.
