The hero of Greenhearth Necromancer inherited a garden and now applies his specific talents to bring order.

Recently, indie.io released Greenhearth Necromancer on PC via Steam. This is a new title from Silverstring Media Inc., in which players are invited to grow flowers.

The project is positioned as a semi-idle game. Players take on the role of a young necromancer who tends to his late grandmother's garden. He doesn't possess her gardening talents and therefore must rely on his knowledge of necromancy to "revive" plants and care for ghostly flowers.

The developers said that Greenhearth Necromancer can be left running in the background as a "vibe companion" or players can dive deeper into the gameplay:

Take your time to balance watering and fertilizing, protect plants from pests, learn spells, brew potions, and explore the story at your own pace. Become part of the Greenhearth community as you develop your garden: meet your neighbors and your grandmother's familiar spirit named Compostifer.

The Greenhearth Necromancer page on Steam is available at the following link. The developers have also released a demo version of the game.
