After leaving Bandai Namco Entertainment, Harada is not planning to end his career. In early May, he formed a new development team.
On May 1, the new company VS Studio, headquartered in Tokyo, began operations, created with the participation of Harada and SNK Corporation. The publisher of series such as Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves and The King of Fighters has become a partner in the new project.
The plan is for the collaboration to strengthen SNK's market position and combine a traditional approach to development – a commitment to quality – with modern technologies for releasing AAA games.
