Street Basketball Returns: NBA The Run Gets Release Date

NBA The Run has received an official release date: the arcade basketball action game with 3-on-3 street matches will be released on June 9, 2026, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The base version of the game is priced at $29.99. There will also be a Deluxe Edition for $39.99, which includes three unlocked NBA star variants and additional premium CRED currency.

The developers noted that CRED currency will allow players to purchase cosmetic items without a loot box system. Players will have access to alternative outfits, dunks, animations, dances, badges, and banners.

Simultaneously with the release date announcement, closed beta tests were announced. They will take place on May 16. The test will allow players to try out the street legend character Spin Cycle and the Knockout Solos mode, where one player controls an entire three-person team.

NBA The Run focuses on fast-paced action, spectacular combinations, and the style of street basketball.
