Baldur's Gate 3 Fans Remake Candlekeep Fortress-Library - They Are Remaking the First Part from 1998
The classic is intended to be updated by the fan community.
Baldur's Gate 3 modders continue to present diverse projects. Recently, a user under the nickname Traditional-Low-1043 reminded about a large-scale project — a remake of the first part of BG, which was released in 1998.
He showed a selection of screenshots of the Candlekeep location — they completely redesigned it. This version is significantly different from the first demo, which was presented earlier. In the published shots, the fortress-library is adorned with green vegetation.

For comparison, here are a few screenshots of the demo version "Return to Candlekeep - Deathbringer's Reign DEMO 1", which was presented on Nexus Mods.
Work on the project started several years ago — with the advent of a full set of modding tools presented by the Larian Studios team. Initially, it all began as an experiment with Candlekeep, but subsequently, the project expanded and began to turn into a remake called "Deathbringer's Reign".
There is no exact release date for the fan remake of the first Baldur's Gate yet. Modders sometimes publish shots of the locations they are working on.
