Starbreeze Entertainment studio collaborated with Krafton – a collab with the Payday franchise was introduced for PUBG: Battlegrounds. The developers prepared a special game mode for the game:
Head to the battlegrounds of PUBG to plan and execute the perfect heist with your crew. Break in, grab the loot, and get out.
"PAYDAY" is positioned as a cooperative PvE mode for 4 or fewer players. Players are offered to complete tasks, collect loot, and resist capture. The main goal is to escape with the stolen goods.
Each heist proceeds as follows: preparation – infiltration – task execution – loot collection – survival and escape. Tactics matter: sometimes stealth is beneficial, and sometimes armed resistance is required.
In "PAYDAY" mode, PUBG: Battlegrounds players can choose one of the classes, each with unique abilities, skills, and weapons. Available: Assault, Support, Tank, Sniper, and Ghost.
