Earlier, Best Buy accidentally revealed the pre-order start date, and later the information was confirmed by Insider Gaming. After that, new details were shared by insider DetectiveSeeds, who had previously correctly named the approximate sales start dates.
According to him, players can expect three standard editions — regular, Deluxe, and collector's. Another edition should receive additional bonuses. Rockstar is also allegedly preparing two bundles with consoles — presumably with PS5 and PS5 Pro. Inside there will only be a digital game code without a physical copy.
"I received information about the prices, bundles, and purchase options for GTA VI from the same source who told me the pre-order start date — and it turned out to be true.
I decided not to publish the prices because I was told it could affect the market. But I can confirm that there will be six purchase options for the game."
The insider also stated that the base versions will cost between $60 and $80. This hints that the game's price will not go far beyond current AAA releases.
Another rumor concerns the third Grand Theft Auto VI trailer — it will allegedly be shown before pre-orders start.
