The release is scheduled for June 25, currently only in Japan. The developers have not confirmed an English localization, so players outside the country will likely have to import the game and know Japanese.
My Merry May With Be is an expanded collection of two visual novels: My Merry May (2002) and My Merry Maybe (2003). The edition will include a new prologue, an additional story between the parts, and a special epilogue.
The plot focuses on “replicas” — artificial life forms created in the image of humans. The game combines science fiction, romance, and everyday life, raising themes of identity and the boundaries between humans and machines.
The price of the remaster and the list of improvements have not yet been disclosed. It is only known that this will not be a remake, but an updated version of the classic game from the PS2 era.
