The developers of the beat 'em up Marvel Cosmic Invasion have unveiled the premium add-on Cyclops & The Thing for the game. It adds a pair of playable characters from different comic books to the game.
The Thing from the "Fantastic Four" and Cyclops from the "X-Men" join the battle against Annihilus:
The Fantastic Four's strongest fighter joins the fray. His cosmic radiation-induced strength allows him to excel in devastating grapples. His mobility is absolutely astonishing – he can bounce off walls and catch enemies off guard. This former ace pilot embraces his new role as an unbreakable protector of family and allies, becoming an incredibly valuable asset to any team. Together, Cyclops and The Thing are the perfect pair to handle ground combat and enemies approaching from the air.
The creators of Marvel Cosmic Invasion urged fans to stay tuned for news – a "second major update" is planned for the end of this year. Along with it, a new game mode and two new playable characters will appear in the beat 'em up.
