The new service is called Xbox Player Voice. It is designed as a place where users can leave feedback, suggestions, and comments about the entire Xbox ecosystem. The company notes that previously, player feedback was taken into account, but it was not always clear what happened to the submitted suggestions.
Now, users will not only be able to submit ideas but also track their status – whether they have been reviewed, accepted, or received updates. Microsoft wants to make the process more transparent and show how community opinion influences platform development.
The company emphasizes that not every idea will be implemented. Xbox is a large global ecosystem, so decisions are made considering many factors.
Xbox Player Voice will partially replace the old feedback portal for Xbox Cloud Gaming, but other tools will remain. These include the Xbox Insider Hub, support forums, and social channels.
