JoyToy Showcases Unboxing of "Iron Warriors" Praevian Figure from Warhammer: The Horus Heresy

JoyToy staff shared an unboxing video with collectors and fans of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, featuring the Praevian figure from the "Iron Warriors" legion, who oversees the condition and programming of his mechanical subordinates.

JoyToy once again remembered the fans of the "Iron Warriors" from the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy universe. Today, they published a video in which the team showed the unboxing of the Praevian figure and the available accessories.

Inside the box, you can find a Space Marine body with articulated joints. Its height is 12.3 cm, and its width is 7.3 cm. The set also includes interchangeable gloved hands, a bolt pistol with a holster, a stand, and two heads – one helmeted and one unhelmeted.

The figure is currently available for pre-order for $61.60. JoyToy's official website states that shipping of the new item will begin in July 2026.

Praevians are the custodians of the legion's thrall automatons. On the battlefield, they lead their controlled maniples, instructing them on how to fight. These are warriors (often chosen from veterans) whose injuries required significant augmentic restoration, rendering them unsuitable for other, more specialized tasks.

In most legions, Praevians rarely advance in their careers. In some legions, this rank is used as a kind of quagmire for those deemed unsuitable for other duties, while in others, primarily the Iron Hands and Salamanders, it is considered a great honor to serve alongside such unique embodiments of the Machine Cult's mastery.
