The creators of the life simulator Paralives are preparing for an imminent release. Alex Massé and his team have presented the project's development roadmap.
On May 25, the full version of Paralives will not be released; instead, the developers will present the game in "early access" format. They will study community feedback to improve their project and fix various bugs.
From June to September of this year, the game's creators intend to improve optimization, enhance technical condition, add "quality of life improvements," and expand existing mechanics.
The first major update for Paralives is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. With major updates, they want to add pools, pets, a weather system and seasons, and much more to the game.
Judging by the comments, some fans of the genre are so interested in Paralives that they are considering taking a day off on the release day to dedicate all their time to the game.
You can add Paralives to your Steam wishlist via this link. It is expected that the life simulator will remain in "early access" for about two years, but the developers admit that the timeline may be adjusted.
