Embark Studios recently introduced a new NPC merchant in Arc Raiders, who changes their assortment weekly. Now, update 1.30 has been released for the game, which introduces changes to how this merchant's mechanics work.
Arc Raiders developers analyzed data and initial feedback on the new "Expedition Storage" system and decided to make a change to the economy – prices were reduced, and now each upgrade costs a fixed amount of 200,000 credits.
Was → became:
- T1: 200,000 → 200,000

The merchant's offer was also updated – players can get the "Wolf Pack" recipe, premium currency, resources, and cosmetic content.
Embark Studios continues to monitor player data and feedback. They are currently "actively investigating" the causes of game crashes on Xbox and frame rate issues on PC that arose after installing update 1.29.0.
Arc Raiders developers also announced that they plan to release updates every three weeks. Their size will vary. In between updates, they intend to "make necessary changes and fixes."
