Forza Horizon 6 Players Left Without Seasonal Car Due to Bug - Developers Issued Compensation and Improved Performance
The start of the new season wasn't very smooth.
Today, a new season began in the world of Forza Horizon 6 — summer gave way to autumn. For some players, this transition was not smooth.
One of the current season's tasks involves completing orders in a courier service. Some players who managed to complete deliveries before the start of autumn encountered a bug. They were credited with completing the task but were not given the car.
Playground Games studio promptly reacted — they decided to give the "Nissan Be-1 1987" car to all players:
We have identified an issue in the Festival Playlist where players could complete the Autumn challenge during the Summer season. Although points were awarded, the prize car associated with the challenge — the 1987 Nissan Be-1 — remains locked. A fix will be included in a future update, however, we are also gifting the 1987 Nissan Be-1 to all Forza Horizon 6 players who played between May 28th and June 18th.
The car can be claimed in the "gifts" section.
Also, the creators of Forza Horizon 6 presented a technical update:
- Fixes have been implemented to improve performance and stability.
- Audio: Further audio performance optimizations have been made on PC, including changes to "Low" and "Very Low" audio quality settings.
