Red Bull Athletes Recreate Assassin's Creed "Leap of Faith" and Break World Record
Professionals recreated the jumps that players will be able to perform in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.
Recently, the Red Bull Gaming YouTube channel presented a video showing athletes recreating "Leaps of Faith" from Assassin's Creed games in real life:
Four Red Bull athletes. Four real "Leaps of Faith" straight out of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. We’re talking jumps from a pirate ship, from a cliff, and from a crane — straight into sand and hay, with Edward Kenway himself as a guide.
The first jump was made from a cliff tower into the water — a height of 14 meters. The second was performed from the yardarm of a pirate ship (also into the water) — the height was 15 meters.
Then the third jump was performed from a crane into a pile of sand, with a maximum height of 12 meters. The fourth jump was performed from a crane into a "haystack" and ultimately broke the world record — 18 meters (the previous record was 17 m).
