In late May, Little Dog Games announced the release of Cheap Car Repair. It's a car mechanic simulator, but with an unconventional setting and concept implementation.
Players are invited to travel back to 90s Poland and manage their own workshop. The protagonist will have to work under the motto: "Maybe not the cheapest, but it somehow works" — you need to save money wherever possible and earn cash:
It won't be easy — there's no money, so you'll have to be cunning and save on everything you can! A client dented a fender? — A little putty and it's done! Tights instead of a belt? — Of course! Gasoline diluted with water? — Why not!
Players in Cheap Car Repair will not only be able to fix cars using improvised materials (a valve instead of a steering wheel is common), but also drive their creation: they can explore the open world of "Lower ******", complete side missions, and uncover secrets.
The Cheap Car Repair page on Steam is available at the following link. The developers previously released a demo version of the game.
