The description of the "cyberpunk Russia" tactic did not include a mention of Russia in Steam, but the country is indicated in VK Play
Players in Synchro will have to face a sinister corporation.
Recently, Komisoft studio from Syktyvkar (Russia) published a new trailer for Synchro. The developers position their project as a turn-based role-playing game about fighting "a sinister corporation that conducts inhumane experiments on people".
They said that their game uses a synchronous combat system – the player and enemies act simultaneously:
Anticipate enemy moves, combine hero abilities, and use environmental features to win!
The Synchro page is presented not only on Steam but also on the VK Play service. Users noticed that the game description is slightly different.
In the preview of the "about the game" section in VK Play, the game's setting is indicated as "cyberpunk Russia of the future":
Synchro is a turn-based RPG about fighting technocrats in cyberpunk Russia of the future. Unravel the mystery of corporate experiments on living people by exploring a huge city and fighting according to the rules of a synchronous combat system.
On the game's Steam page, "Russia" is not mentioned for some reason.
You can add Synchro to your Steam wishlist via this link, and the VK Play page is available here. The developers have not yet specified the release date; on the Valve service, you can apply to participate in the playtest.
The trailer can be watched here.
