In late May, Truck Driver: The American Dream, a truck driver simulator from Kyodai studio, was released on PC via Steam.
Players are invited to follow the story of Nathan, who strives to become a successful driver:
Years after the death of your father, a famous and respected truck driver, you decide to get your act together and follow in his footsteps. However, it won't be without challenges, as the road to success can be fraught with difficulties and loneliness. So buckle up and get ready for the unexpected: a real adventure in pursuit of the American dream begins!
The developers note that they use the "Unreal Engine 5: ray tracing, dynamic weather, continuous day and night cycle." The truck can be modified, choosing from a variety of parts and paint jobs.
The Truck Driver: The American Dream page on Steam can be found at the following link. Initial reviews of the game are "mixed" — some players criticize the sound quality and graphics, calling them "mediocre" compared to other truck driving simulators. Additionally, they note the "emptiness" of the game world and the inability to change controls.
