Bungie has unveiled the release trailer for the Monument of Triumph update for Destiny 2. Active support for the project is winding down, and this will be the last major update.

The developers stated that the patch description spans 71 pages and includes 17,000 words – and they are still editing it:

This is a massive update. Our teams have worked tirelessly to fix the highest priority and critical bugs before release, but there may still be some rough edges in places. We hope that Monument of Triumph will be filled to the brim with content and bring you a lot of enjoyment. If you encounter any problems on launch day or later, please do not hesitate to report them.

For example, in this update, the developers will offer players new subclass abilities and a revamped Pantheon with bosses, bring back Sparrow racing (old maps will return, and a new one will be added), and rework loot in raids and dungeons.

The release of the Monument of Triumph update for Destiny 2 is expected on June 9. Bungie will ensure that users can continue to play the project.
