The main game's plot told the story of Enzo's fate and featured dramatic events in its final chapters. Now, the developers have decided to expand this story in a separate add-on.
According to the materials presented at Summer Game Fest 2026, Mafia: Man of Honor will be released on August 14, 2026. Players can expect two new story chapters where Enzo will meet Ennio Salieri, the future don of the Salieri family and the main antagonist of the first Mafia.
The expansion will also add new content for the free-ride mode.
