Dark Arisen will also be available on other platforms as paid DLC. Capcom wants to attract new players to Switch 2 and bring back those who are already familiar with the game's harsh world.
The main new feature of the expansion will be the Norgan region — cold northern lands designed for free exploration. There, players will be able to search for powerful relics, which can then be appraised and used to obtain new equipment and skills.
The expansion will add 12 new dungeons and challenges. New customization elements will also appear — hairstyles and tattoos for the hero and pawns.
The main version of the game will also receive updates. On June 10, a patch with quality improvements will be released, including the Eternal Ferrystone and an increase in the number of portcrystals for more convenient fast travel.
Another update is planned for August, which will focus on performance. Capcom promises improved stability on all platforms, additional save slots, and other changes based on player feedback.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 will receive extensive support: a new edition, a major DLC, an additional region, dungeons, and regular free updates.
