The gaming industry has been unexpectedly hit by a new sales hit - Meccha Chameleon, launched on PC. The project instantly became one of Steam's best-selling games.

The project was released yesterday and, with almost no marketing, managed to attract a lot of attention from players. The main success factor was the price – about 232 rubles with a 20% discount.

Despite a modest budget and minimal advertising campaign, the game quickly climbed to the top of Steam sales.

Meccha Chameleon is an online "hide-and-seek" game where players try to camouflage themselves into the environment to avoid being found by other participants. At its peak, more than 20 thousand people simultaneously entered the game.
