Grimlore Games studio has started teasing the next big update for the Diablo-like game Titan Quest II. According to the developers, the fourth chapter will be the largest of those presented so far.
According to the description, players will journey into the “Wild Lands” and their encounter with Nemesis draws closer.
In the upcoming fourth chapter of Titan Quest II, your journey from a mere mortal to a demigod capable of confronting Nemesis is nearing its climax… but this is not the end.
The new “vast” location will feature various places to explore:
[…] from centaur-controlled camps to poisonous swamps, mysterious forests, a buried city, ancient deserts, and much more! The ruins of ancient eras hold powerful secrets, strange monsters lurk in hidden caves, and even a God might be hiding around the next corner.
In the “Wild Lands,” players will be able to meet Chiron, “the oldest and wisest of the centaurs,” and the confrontation with Centaur, the king of the centaurs, reaches its climax.
In the update description, the developers noted that one of the quests will lead to Nemesis's temple:
Nemesis has been watching and waiting, preparing her next move. The massive temple of Nemesis rises in the Wild Lands, and your quest will require you to infiltrate it…
The developers did not specify the exact release date for the update with Chapter 4 for Titan Quest II; the update is expected “soon.”
The game is currently in “early access” on Steam, and as it approaches version 1.0, the developers are adding new content and gradually increasing the price.
