Cosplayer Vincent Wintermute decided to return to the universe of the action RPG "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" to delight fans of "cherries" and more with new photos.
During the photoshoot, conducted by photographer Ekaterina Morpheeva, he once again appeared as Philip Strenger, also known as the Bloody Baron.
Philip Strenger is a former Temerian officer, a veteran with the rank of colonel. After the fall of his homeland, he made a deal with the Nilfgaardian conquerors and became a self-proclaimed castellan in the grim, ravaged lands of Velen, settling in Crow's Perch castle.
He has a large face with coarse features, a thick graying beard, and the heavy gaze of a man who has seen many horrors of war. He dresses simply in military style, but well, preferring practical armor, leather jackets, and heavy boots, suitable for the harsh climate of Velen.
Philip's personality is woven from heavy internal contradictions, combining sincere kindness and terrifying cruelty. Local peasants consider him a sadist and a tyrant, but he received the grim nickname "Bloody Baron" not for mass executions, but due to a ridiculous accident during one of his past skirmishes, when a vat of red paint spilled into the river.
By nature, Philip is a compassionate, hospitable, and sociable person with a good sense of humor, capable of showing genuine care for another's child, as happened with Ciri. At the same time, he possesses strong leadership qualities, intelligence, and pragmatism, which allows him to successfully maintain power and conduct tough negotiations with Nilfgaard.
