Playground Games studio eliminated two exploits in a new patch. The first bug affected the online mode The Eliminator. After completing one match, some players received hundreds of millions of credits. The developers temporarily disabled the mode, fixed the bug, and reduced the balance of users who took advantage of the exploit to 10 million credits. As compensation, all players were given a 2021 McLaren Sabre.
The second exploit was related to the Auto Drive function, where the AI takes over car control. Some players used it to automatically earn credits without user involvement.
Playground Games emphasized that the function was created to increase accessibility and reduce strain during long gaming sessions, not for farming resources. Afterwards, the developers significantly reduced monetary rewards in a number of modes.
Microsoft recently released a system update to fix irreversible save loss on Xbox and PC. Player reports show that it has not yet been completely eliminated. Playground Games stated that fixing the bug remains a priority for the team and patches will be released soon.
