It seems that Blizzard is currently working on porting Diablo IV to the Nintendo Switch 2 console. Recently, players noticed a new signal.
A user under the nickname astrogo360 (Hugo Gaming) showed an entry in the database of Taiwan's rating agency. Censors rated Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred – the second expansion for Blizzard's ARPG. It is assumed that specialists also studied the base version of the game and another previously released DLC, Vessel of Hatred.
Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred was given an "R" rating, and "Switch 2" was indicated as the platform. It is noted that the game contains violence, horror, and obscene language.
It is currently unknown when Diablo IV might be released on Nintendo Switch 2. There has been no official announcement of the port yet, but the BlizzCon event is planned for this year, meaning a full presentation could take place in September.
Earlier in April this year, players had already drawn attention to the mention of a Switch 2 version of Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. At that time, the corresponding entry was found in the Indonesia Game Rating System (IGRS).
