Where Winds Meet recently launched on Xbox Series X|S. Now, the developers have released update 1.8, focused on building and developing one's own farm.
The official announcement states:
Watch your cats grow, develop your home, become a farmer, and meet Companions who will accompany you. Jianghu doesn't have to be a lonely place.
To access the new content related to estate development, players must complete the quest "Quiet Shore" and the main story episode "For Whom to Return."
Players are actively using microtransactions, which immediately put the game in the top 5 best-selling projects on Steam. At the time of publication, demand for them had fallen, and Where Winds Meet settled at 11th place.
