Anbernic RG 551 Portable Console Gets New Trailer - A Device for Retro Gamers' Collection

Amidst competitors like Retroid Pocket Nova and Ayaneo Pocket Micro 2, Anbernic continues to fuel interest in its RG 551 portable console. Today, the developers released a fresh trailer dedicated to this new product.

In the video, the team reminded viewers that the device will come in three color options – "indigo," "retro gray," and "black" – and will feature Hall effect joysticks and triggers, full-screen 2.5D glass, and double-shot buttons.

Unfortunately, Anbernic employees have not yet provided a full list of specifications, but there is a rumor circulating online that the RG 551 will likely feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon G1 Gen 2 processor.

It is also still unknown what the price of this portable console will be and when pre-orders are expected to open.
