25 Minutes of Gameplay Revealed for Fan Remake of Resident Evil in Unreal Engine 5 Featuring Spencer Mansion

Resident Evil fans continue to work on an unofficial remake of the first installment of the franchise. The RE Biohazard YouTube channel published a new 25-minute demonstration of the project.

The Resident Evil remake is being created on the modern Unreal Engine 5. This time, players are invited to walk through the Spencer Mansion and beyond. Modders are showcasing the progress made — the previous presentation took place several years ago.

This is just a concept for a potential Resident Evil remake in Unreal Engine 5. Modders have not released a demo version of the project to the public and have not yet made any announcements about its release.

The tour program includes not only the Spencer Mansion itself, but also the backyard, guest house, and laboratory.

The new project retains the spirit of the original, but at the same time presents updated gameplay, a rethought plot, and incredibly detailed graphics.
