
"Russian Need for Speed" received new car physics and graphics improvements - CarX Street update 1.13.5 released
At the end of June, the creators of the racing game CarX Street introduced update 1.13.5. It includes global physics changes and other improvements that have been tested recently.
The developers said that the physics settings for Racing and Racing+ tires have been updated. Thanks to the new parameters, cars will become more predictable when entering a turn, braking, and also when sharply shifting weight between axles. Also, the new settings "significantly reduce the cars' tendency to understeer."
In addition, the mass of body swaps was adjusted, the parameters of the center of mass of cars were updated, the parameters of car body inertia and aerodynamic settings for most cars were reworked.

Some other changes and improvements:
- Improved overall graphics quality - visual components of the game have been refined.
- Added DirectX 12 support.
- Added graphics quality settings - parameters such as drawing distance, texture quality, and reflection quality can be adjusted.
- Increased game loading speed.
- Fixed an issue with the transmission noise of other players' cars when playing in first-person.
- Fixed a number of bugs in the "Wangan" location.
