Silent Hill: Townfall Won't Be a One-Time Play. Developers Announced Good News
Developers confirmed that the psychological horror Silent Hill: Townfall will offer multiple endings and continue the series' tradition, encouraging players to replay the game.
Silent Hill: Townfall is a first-person psychological horror game set in isolated Scotland in 1996. The main character, Simon, explores gloomy locations and survives with limited resources. In the game, he uses a pocket CRTV monitor to search for unstable signals, and plot puzzles gradually reveal the dark truth of what is happening.
Developers confirmed that Silent Hill: Townfall will offer multiple endings. One playthrough will not be enough to see the whole story. Players will be able to return to the game, make different decisions, find hidden secrets, and see how their choices affected the ending.
This decision continues the tradition of the Silent Hill series. Earlier installments also encouraged replays through alternative endings and hidden content. Townfall will maintain this approach and provide a reason to return to the game after completion.
