Rita is a sinister intergalactic sorceress who seeks to conquer Earth. In the classic series, she has a very specific and memorable appearance, the key element of which is a massive headdress with huge twisted horns.
The villainess wears an elaborate brown dress with a voluminous jabot collar, and usually holds a massive golden staff with a crescent moon at the top, serving as her main magical instrument.
Rita is capable of manipulating dark energy, levitating, teleporting over vast distances, and creating powerful illusions. However, her most famous ability is throwing her magic staff to Earth, which causes local earthquakes and instantly enlarges defeated monsters to skyscraper size.
She is also a skilled manipulator. Rita's character can be described as extremely eccentric, quick-tempered, capricious, and despotic. She absolutely does not tolerate failures from her subordinates and regularly throws loud tantrums with screams after another defeat at the hands of the Rangers. The sorceress suffers from narcissism and an insane lust for power, but at the same time has a funny weakness – from constant screaming and failures, she regularly gets severe headaches.
