In July, the developers of Escape from Tarkov plan to introduce a season system and launch the first season. Players will be able to create a character and choose a number of modifiers that will simplify or complicate the gameplay.
Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov published a list of modifiers on social media and showed icons for them. A full description for all of them has not yet been provided, but he has already talked about some.
For example, it will be possible to disable trading with players on the Flea Market, or immediately receive a protected Kappa container.
Fans from the “Tarkovskoye Metadvizheniye” community also noticed other teasers — the developers showed weapons and plate carriers.
They presented the “QBZ-191 assault rifle in 5.8x42 mm caliber”, a TAN-version of the HK416 assault rifle with a new Lancer Systems L5AWM magazine, and more.
An image of a disc with the TerraGroup logo also appeared.
The release date for the update with the first season for Escape from Tarkov has not yet been announced. This month, a “spectator camera” is also expected, along with the introduction of additional measures against cheaters and optimization of the “Streets of Tarkov” location.
