The story centers on a lone cyber-fighter, Hunter, who finds himself in an underground dungeon inhabited by those sentenced to life imprisonment. As it turns out, secret biological research is being conducted in this place:
Hunter is forced to engage in battle with the Hacker, who has seized power in the underworld. Horrible creatures stand in Hunter's way – creations of secret laboratories and abandoned catacombs.
